A 1999 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Mrs. Hise branched out of the South to obtain her legal education on the West Coast. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2004 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California where she served as the Chair of the Board of Governors for the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. Upon graduation, Mrs. Hise returned to her Georgia roots to zealously represent her clients throughout the state.
Mrs. Hise's experience spans from the state, appellate, and Georgia Supreme Court levels to the Federal Courts as well. Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005, Mrs. Hise began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk, moved into the trial sector, and maintains a great amount of trial court experience. In 2009, attorney Tricia L. Hise tried a three day civil jury trial, representing a whistle blower victim, which resulted in the largest verdict ever in the Mountain Judicial Circuit, totaling $35.8 million.

Admitted in 1992, Mr. T. Gabriel Hotard, Jr. has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia for over 20 years. He practices before Georgia’s State and Federal Courts both at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Hotard received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. He subsequently attended Mercer University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree. While at Mercer, Mr. Hotard served as a published member of Mercer Law Review. A former Valdosta, Georgia resident and former practitioner before the Atlanta-Metropolitan area, Mr. Hotard relocated to Habersham County and began his partnership of Caudell & Hotard, Attorneys at Law.
After Mr. Hotard's former partner became a Superior Court Judge in the Mountain Judicial Circuit, Mr. Hotard established Hotard Law Group. In May of 2012, Mr. Hotard and Ms. Hise began their partnership as Hotard & Hise, Attorneys at Law.
